The story behind G-167.
A heritage trading house built on early mornings, weighed sacks and the kind of trust that travels by word of mouth.
Our Origin
From a single sack of Nashik red — to a network that never sleeps.
Anirudh Associates began the way most lasting Indian trade houses begin — with a small counter, a weighing scale, and a notebook full of numbers no one else could read. Our family staked a stall at the APMC Turbhe market when the market itself was still finding its feet.
Three decades later, the notebook has become a network. We move onion, potato and garlic from the lanes of Lasalgaon, Agra and the garlic belts of MP & Gujarat into the hands of retailers, exporters, kitchens and processors across India.
What hasn't changed is the morning. Five o'clock. G-167. The first sacks land, the first calls go out — and a day's work begins on a handshake.
Known across the trade as
The King of Potatoes 👑
Our reputation rests on two pillars — business relationships and ethics. Over 30+ years of experience in the same industry, with the same family at the desk, has built the trust that keeps potato buyers and growers coming back to G-167 — season after season.
"A trader's word is heavier than the sack he sells."
